Who can use e-Producer Receipt?

Companies, cooperatives, and producer unions that purchase agricultural products are required to issue e-Producer Receipts. Farmers, on the other hand, track their transactions through the e-MM created by the buyer.

Is an e-Signature or financial seal required for e-Producer Receipt?

Yes. To issue an e-Producer Receipt, the company's financial seal or the authorized person's e-Signature is required.

Are tax deductions calculated automatically?

Yes. Income tax withholding and VAT amounts included in farmer receipts are calculated automatically and reflected in the documents.

How is the receipt delivered to the farmer with e-Producer Receipt?

The generated e-MM can be delivered to the farmer via SMS, email, or as a printed copy. It is securely stored in the digital archive for 10 years.
