Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data and Legal Basis
Your collected personal data will be processed for the purposes (“Purposes”) set out below, within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Article 5 of the Law. Different types of cookies are used on the Platform for different purposes. Depending on the type of cookie used, the purposes of data processing and the data processing condition under the Law on which we rely while using the relevant cookie may vary.
Strictly Necessary Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies are cookies placed on your device while you browse the Platform and are necessary for the proper functioning of the online services offered. For the data processing activities we carry out during the use of these cookies, we rely under Article 5 of the Law on the data processing condition that “processing of personal data belonging to the parties to a contract is necessary, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract.”
Performance and Analytics Cookies
Performance cookies enable us to track and analyze the number of people viewing the Platform and the traffic on the Platform. Through these cookies, we can obtain information such as which areas on the Platform are visited most or least frequently and optimize the traffic on the Platform. For the data processing activities we carry out during the use of these cookies, we rely under Article 5 of the Law on the data processing condition that “data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.”

Parties to Whom Your Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred and Purposes of Transfer
Your personal data collected for the fulfillment of the Purposes set out above may be transferred, within the scope of our legitimate interests, to consultants and other technical service providers from whom we procure services, to our business partners with whom we cooperate within the scope of our legitimate interests, and to legally authorized public institutions and legally authorized private organizations where explicitly provided for by law and for the fulfillment of our legal obligations, in accordance with the rules regarding the transfer of personal data specified in Article 8 of the Law and within the scope of the data processing conditions regulated in Article 5 of the Law. Some cookies used on the Platform are provided by third-party service providers other than the Company.

Your personal data are collected electronically through cookies and other tracking technologies for the fulfillment of the Purposes set out above.
Rights of the Data Subject Listed in Article 11 of the Law
We inform you that, pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- To learn whether your personal data are processed,
- To request information if your personal data have been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
- To request the correction of your personal data if they are incomplete or incorrectly processed, and to request that the transaction made in this scope be notified to third parties to whom your personal data have been transferred,
- To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data in the event that the reasons requiring their processing cease to exist, although they have been processed in accordance with the Law and other relevant legal provisions, and to request that the transaction made in this scope be notified to third parties to whom your personal data have been transferred,
- To object to the emergence of a result against you by means of analysis of your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- To request compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
If you submit your requests regarding the rights set out above to our Company by filling out the Data Subject Application Form available at the relevant address, our Company will finalize the request free of charge as soon as possible and no later than thirty days, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be charged by our Company.
