Data Subject Application Form
You can securely submit your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK to EKüpSoft. Your applications will be finalized in accordance with the legislation within 30 days at the latest.
Application Method
You may submit your requests regarding your rights listed in Article 11 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”) to our Company by using this form and one of the methods described below, pursuant to Article 13 of the Law and Article 5 of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.
